Mr. Wong has an extensive experience in compliance and financial auditing advisory on corporate finance aspects with various financial institutions in HK, China and Europe over 20 years. With his expertise in corproate finance market, Mr. Wong specializes in advising his clients on (i) the listing rules implication where a potential transaction which might be a notifiable or connected transaction; (ii) advising his clients before the publication of any regulatory announcement, circular or financial report; and (iii) supervised teammates in conducting financial analyses and due diligence for massive investment projects with his former employers.  Mr. Wong graduated from City University of Hong Kong holding an BBA degree and qualified as Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
